We may refer GOSA Ordinary, Silver, Gold and Diamond members to our attorneys to assist with an appeal at a fee of R 2070.00 for Ordinary members and a subsidised fee of R1725.00 for Silver, Gold and Diamond members per appeal, this includes the electronic submission and follow-up attendances with the Appeals Board to finalization of the matter, all notices are further also referred to counsel for settlement.

Once the required information is received from you, the attorney will assess the matter for grounds for appeal.

Only once the attorney confirms that there are grounds for appeal will payment be required.
